About the Garage:

This state-of-the art garage was designed to support the growing downtown parking demands at an affordable price and to provide convenient access to the Central Business District (CBD). This facility has 2,290 parking spaces and is open 24-hours per day, 7-days per week, 365-days per year. The Morgan Street Garage is managed and operated by Central Parking System. As a monthly parker, we ask that you take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the instructions below. If followed, these instructions will afford you convenient use of the parking facility.

Monthly Parking Rates and How to Pay:

• The monthly parking fee is $140.00; payable in advance and due on the 1st of each month.
• Failure to submit payment by the end of the fifth business day of the month will automatically deactivate your access card and, thus, your access to the garage.
• If you are late in paying your monthly parking charge, your access card will be deactivated. Full payment and a late fee of $15.00 will be required to reactivate the access card.
• An access card is issued to an individual who completes the registration card provided and is intended solely for their use. This access card permits automatic entry/exit into the garage for one individual to park one vehicle in the garage at any one time.
• Do not allow others to attempt to use your access card. Each entry into the parking facility must be followed by an exit. Failure to remain in the entry/exit sequence will cause a "pass back" violation and renders your access card inactive. Should this occur; the posted hourly rate will be assessed.
• In the event that your access card has been used improperly; as judged by Central Parking System, you will be notified. If there is a pattern of improper use, the monthly parking access card may be deactivated and future monthly parking privileges may be terminated.
• Each access into or out of the garage is monitored and recorded into the access & revenue control system. This information is very helpful to Central Parking System in determining staffing requirements, lane designations, and other operational enhancements that are designed to make the facility as convenient and accessible as possible.

• Lock out assistance
• Tire Re-inflation
• Emergency Refuel (up to 1 gallon of gasoline)
• Car search & location assistance - (24/7) *
• Escort services to and from your vehicle - (24/7) *

Monday - Wed. : 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Thursday : 7:00 a.m. - midnight

Friday : 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.

Saturday : 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.

Sunday:  2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
