The conveniently located Church Street Garage is an eight-level (seven above; one below), handicapped-accessible facility with 1300 parking spaces.  The garage is adjacent to the Hartford Civic Center, located in the heart of the Central Business District on Trumbull, Church, Chapel and Ann Streets; and is a direct stop on the Star Shuttle route, which provides free transportation throughout downtown Hartford.

This popular and safe parking facility includes an enclosed walk-over, located at the 3rd level, which conveniently connects the garage to the Civic Center for patrons attending events.  Two hundred (200) spaces at the lower level are reserved for the adjoining Hartford Hilton Hotel guests & Visitors.

The Church Street Garage was built in 1954, and has benefited from over $4 million dollars in renovations since 1996, including improved lighting and safety systems.  Additional repair and restoration projects are planned for the facility.

Currently, Central Parking of CT, Inc. manages this facility for the Hartford Parking Authority.
